Linda Zhao, has a native Angelino and former make-up artist with 10+ years of experience, opened her first permanent eyebrow studio, Brow Avenue in September 2017 in the heart of San Gabriel Valley.

 

Known for her signature brow technique, " Ombre Powder Brows", Linda also offers permanent makeup eyeliner and combo brows to her clients.
