APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION

A week prior to your appointment, you will receive an e-mail and text confirmation for the scheduled appointment. If you can no longer make it to your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule it to the next availability..

RESCHEDULING POLICY

Appointments must be rescheduled at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment date to avoid losing your deposit. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, but can be applied to a rescheduled appointment ONE time if you notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Rescheduling appointment is based on the availability of the artist.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cannot make it to your appointment, please let us know at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment date. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. We can transfer your deposit to a rescheduled appointment ONE time if you notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Canceling your appointment for any reason will result in forfeiting the deposit.

LATE POLICY

We understand some events are unpredictable and kindly asked that you allow yourself enough time to arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. Clients who arrive 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment will be treated as a cancellation and will be rescheduled to the next availability. Appointments are NONTRANSFERABLE.

NO-SHOW

Clients who don't show up to their scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS.

DEPOSIT

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. We accept PayPal, Venmo and all major credit card (3% processing fee applies to credit cards).

FINAL PAYMENT

Full payment is due on the day of the appointment. We accept final payment in cash or credit card ONLY. Payments made with a credit card will incur a (3% processing fee applies to credit cards)

PRICING

Prices are subject to change at any time, however, we will honor the price your appointment was associated with upon booking.

TOUCH-UP APPOINTMENTS

All touch-up appointment options are only for current clients after they have had their initial session. A touchup is recommended after the initial appointment for the best outcome. Touchup prices are not included with the initial appointment due to different time frames. All touch-up appointments must be at least 5 weeks from the initial session.

PREVIOUS PERMANENT MAKE-UP

If you have previous tattoos, you will have to book an initial appointment. Please e-mail us first with a photo of your brows without makeup in natural lighting so we can determine whether you are suitable for the treatment.

HEALTH CLEARANCE

Candidates who are seeking permanent makeup and who may be contraindicated (meaning those that I cannot treat) are:

Those under 18 years of age
People with diabetes
Pregnant and lactating women
People with glaucoma and people who are taking blood thinning medicines (e.g., aspirin).
People with skin diseases such as psoriasis, eczema and undiagnosed rashes or blisters on the Site that is to be treated.
People with allergies to makeup or colors
Those with easily triggered post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation are not good candidates
Those with transmittable blood conditions like HIV or Hepatitis
Active skin cancer in the area to be tattooed
Are a hemophiliac
Have healing disorders, on blood thinners, uncontrolled high blood pressure or had mitral valve Disorder.
Those on any skin medication such as ro-accutaine, steroids which thin and oversensitive the skin

DISCLAIMER

Photos taken during and after your treatment may be posted on our Instagram and website for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to have your photos used, please mark 'No' on your client consent form.

We cannot guarantee successful result on 100% of our clients because everyone's skin takes differently to permanent makeup. There are also no refunds as we have carried out the service.
